Worm!

I have been trying to figure out what it is since I first saw it in Mt. Erskine few years ago. It looks like a worm but with a flat and spear like head. Does anyone have any idea what is it? This picture was taken when me and the Sungai Ara Wrecking Crews recce-ed a trail that we believed it would lead us the Sungai Ara Farmer Trail system. The trail went to to somewhere but halfway it was blocked by orchard owner. I was quite dissapointed. But on the way down to where we started was one hell of downhill ride!
